I'm sure this question has probably already been answered somewhere in this forum, but I'm sick or sifting through info all over the internet for hours. I just wanted to know if some people would be kind enough to recommend some supplements for maximum bulking up. I could use more energy, but it is not a major problem. I'm fit, I lift, I go running and find the energy to do it, but I want to bulk up A LOT more than where I'm at right now, so finding a legitimate supplement is my main priority. I've got the foundation down. Thanks in advance for your responses!!

90% of your mass gain will come from correct diet and calorie overload so be sure you have that down good. 10% can be achieved through supplementation. The following supplements are excellent for putting on weight:

1. Weigh protein (Mass gainer is an option but I wouldn't recommend it - diet better)
2. Creatine Monohydrate

That's it

Olive oil shots.

No I am not kidding. They're loaded with calories and olive oil helps your body produce testosterone.

Great advice-focus on diet and basic supplements and working hard in the gym. Nothin' to it but to do it!

Honestly focusing on bulking supplements is not your ideal answer here. By bulking, many supplements can be thought of that fall into different categories. In order to narrow it down to your specific needs, more information is needed in terms of your current struggle (what is your pain point?). The majority of time this can be fixed by changing your diet and most importantly your workout regimen. Depending on your body type, age and experience you will need to adopt an appropriate workout routine combined with the appropriate diet to help you reach your goal. On a side note, sometimes people struggle in adding weight due being involved in too much cardio such as running. In many cases what has proven to be helpful is cutting back a little bit of that during your bulking phase as to not burn the calories and allow your muscle to recover and rebuild.

If you provide more information around your current status I think the guys can help you more in terms of supplement advise and/or workout routine.

Good Luck.

Try CJC-1295 a growth hormone (GH) releasing peptide the advantage of CJC-1295 over traditional growth hormone products is its ability to bioconjugate with serum albumin, increasing its half-life by seven days, and improving its therapeutic capacities. Studies have shown that CJC-1295 also promotes slow-wave sleep, the kind of sleep responsible for muscle growth and increased memory retention.

Try going to Fitday.com and putting in your daily intake for a few days. You need to know your body weight and BF which in turn will give you a better idea of your macro's you need per day. If your trying to bulk you could do something rough like:

BodyWeight x 15% = total calories needed to take in
1.5 x BW for total protein needed
.5 x BW for total Fat needed

Take those numbers and dived them by say 5 meals per day and then refer back to FitDay and figure out what you need to add to each meal to get to your required intake for that meal. Adjust accordingly after say a week or two.

I personally add 1tbs of Olive Oil to my egg whites in the morning and even in my protein shakes later in the day if I'm low on my fat. Another great source of fat is Natural Peanut Butter. Concentrate on Chicken, Tuna, Pasta, Potato's, Beef, Rice and stay away from fast food. Your looking for good clean calories and fat and not shit. If you need to supplement to get to your macros', then you can begin looking at shakes and stuff.

Hope this helps.

aja44, great post.

Out of curiosity, why don't you eat the egg yolks?

Sorry, I do add 1 whole egg with my 8-10 egg whites every morning. But I'm currently cutting. So in this case he might be better off at 3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites or even going up to 4 and 4.
