See I need to bulk up because I have 2 scouts out for me for football I am on varsity and Notre Dame and Cal have offered full scholarships but they said I need to bulk up more to be able to play so if anybody has any fast advice for fast results please leave em here thanks

If they have offered you a full scholarship they would have you on a lifting program as well as a nutritional program.

No becuase I am not on the scholarship until i graduate and that will be another 2 years they have told me in order to gain the scholarships I have to pass an endurance and strength test summer of 2007

Diet is everything, supplements are secondary at best. You need to eat over caloric maintenance to gain weight.

In other words, you are posting in the wrong section of this board.

Don't get hurt.

From my experience it is hard to put weight on highschool athletes. Stay patient lift hard and eat well. As you mature you will begin to put on the weight and, if you lift hard, have the strengtth to go with it. Concentrate on getting better at your trade and lift your balls off!

how tall are you?

I don't understand why that is. ( From my experience it is hard to put weight on highschool athletes ). All it take is hard work and proper nutrition and stand back as they'll grow faster then us older folks. Now if you talking about 10-13 year olds, AGREE

High school kids rarely have the dedication. I knew a couple that did, but most everyone that age wants easy answers when it takes simple persistance and hard work. Kids are kids.

if you want to put on weight then you need to EAT EAT and EAT some more!

i started lifting at 15 and was a skinny 9.5st, i'm now 21 and 14st (most of which i put on in the first couple of years of lifting), my point is you can put on shitloads of weight when your young without any drugs, just plenty of clean food, protein shakes and a little creatine here n' there

at 15 you are WAYYYYYY too young to even think about roids, you will end up fucking yourself up bad! you can put on SO MUCH more mass naturally, why take all that risk?

you are 15 yo 6' tall and 145 lbs and play varisty football and Notre Dame and Cal are interested in you ? :hmmm:

NCAA regulations prohibit schools from directly contacting student athletes until the junior year in high school.

I kno i am a sophmore going into junior grade so legally they are aloud to talk to its in regulations that what they told my parents at least

Dude I was 150 pounds or so when I was 14, and I was 5'8". You need to get out of this forum and go read about FOOD. I'm not trying to be mean but you are in the wrong damn place, PERIOD.

Even if you got your hands on drugs you wouldn't much of anything but water without proper diet. Your hormone levels are plenty high enough to support gains if you get your diet in order. When I was your age I had no idea how important proper eating was, so I am telling you now from my own experiences.
