I got off the Cutting diet posted on "Best nutritional threads" exactly 1 week ago at 3.2 % bodyfat. I decided to go on the "bulking with slow burners" diet also posted on "Best nutritional threads". So far I have gained 6 lbs. With the Creatine too though which is probably 5 of those 6 lbs. My bodyfat has gone up also, since I cut the cardio. I have tried to introduce the new bulking diet slowly back into my system by not carbing up on training nights and just eating whats posted for non-training nights. I seem to still be gaining bodyfat. Should I start doing cardio again and keep my diet the same at this point? I don't know. My lifting has improved, but my bodyfat has also accumulated from 3% - to about 7%.

First of all, how do you know you were at 3.2%, that is contest-low and extremely difficult to attain. Secondly, how fast did you increase calories and change your diet? It sounds like you jumped right in there, which is only going to lead to fat gain. Far better to have kept w/ the principles of the plan (i.e. kept the carb up, kept to the plan for training/non-training days) and just adjusted the overall calorie intake to suit your specific needs.

Thirdly, if you're "bulking" you will lose cuts, and gain some fat, particularly, if you went from a no-carb diet to a bulking diet w/ carbs, you will store additional water that you haven't been in the past. If you were using bioelectrical Impedance as your method of BF testing, which I suspect, then your hydration levels will affect your readings.

And MAINTAIN! :finger:

3.2 is dry, vascular and shredded and can only be held for a few days.......after dropping water for the stage! Nobody walks around at 3.2!

I'd also be looking at "cell volumization" from the creatine, because it is "Physically IMPOSSIBLE" to add that much BF in that time period!
