Hey, Im 170lb male who has been weightlifting for over a year and a half. I wanted to check if Im eating enough for my size because gaining weight seems to take forever:
Breakfast: bowl of weetabix with fruit
Lunch: beans on toast
meal 1: chicken breast, wholeweat pasta, veg
meal 2: salmon steak, wholewheat pasta,veg
meal 3: Pot of cottage cheese
(I only ever take protein shakes post workout)
I am a student so balancing cost and the time to eat these meals takes real effort, however any suggestions for me to improve are welcome, cheers.
