Bulkk Or Cutt.. HELP!!

OK guys so I have a question for you all im stuck in-between bulking or cutting.. im 6ft 1in 190lbs and about 9-12 percent body fat. have been working out for about four years on and off the last year I have been consistent with working out just recently threw in healthy eating habits seen some nice newb gains I would say I just cant figure out what to do I can post pictures to give you guys a better look but any feedback would be much appreciated!!

It really lies on what you want. Do you want to be bigger or are you happy with cutting and loosing a little size?
 
Here's a thought. Start out with 200-300mgs of test and 200-300mgs of tren per week. It's a good start and you will cut and grow. It might just blow your mind! I love the super juice!
 
ok that is an option as well I will have to look into that im new to all the new suppperrrr juice and stuff so really just trying to figure out if I want to bulk or cut first Im leaning more towards bulking but im also fine with where im at too on average how much do you think that cycle would cost me how often would I do a shot of the tren and test? sorry for the newb ?'s that's why im here! hahaha thanks again fellas
 
Honestly your BF% looks more like 12-15%, I would work on a LEAN bulk, looks like you need to put on some quality muscle mass man. You also could cut down, and be ripped at like 170, I wouldn't personally go that route tho..

ok sounds good yah im not really sure about the body fat last time I checked was a couple months ago I had a 6 pack at like 6-8 bf but then my brother left for the military and I started drinking.... hahaha drinking and eating I should say but minor set back for a major comeback I guess right??

i would just start eating better and lifting hard...you are nowhere near a level where its complicated
 
6-8 I was a few months back then started doing other stuff and fell off with the diet and lifting but yah I hear ya so in that case I would be bulking?? lol would you also incorporate cardio in there as well so I would burn the fat or just eat clean lift hard and try to gain as much size as possible?
 
6 to 8 is ripped to the fucking bone...and not maintainable for most anyone for long periods of time

Id say it depends on your goals but every time I Bulked I felt depressed and lost motivation as I felt I was going in the wrong direction. I cut and did a lean bulk never happier!!
 
You'll be doing both. I've started other guys this way and they love it. It's not a heavy dose so the sides are minimal. Some suggest to start out with the short esters in case you don't like it, it will clear your system quicker. I've never known anyone that didn't frickin love it! With the short esters you have to pin ed or eod, most don't like that to start with and neither do I. So the longer esters are what I recommend. You can pin every 5-7 days with more flexibility keeping a more even level. You can adjust your diet and workout to bulk or cut with this type of cycle. 8-10 week cycle would cost around 200-300.00

Just my two cents, take it for what's its worth, do a lot of reading, but keep it simple!
 
6% bodyfat is CRAZY lean..you can clearly see a 6 pack at 10% bf... a lot of guys say oh I am 6% 8% and so on, and have NO IDEA how lean that is! Not being an ass man I am just saying..hit the gym hard and eat right, work on a clean bulk..like KOS said..Eat correctly and train correctly day in and day out and you will be on your way!

Artic.. that sounds good 200-300 was in the budget but also would you recommend longer cycles vs short cycles or is that personal preference? I like the idea of adjusting the diet too just incase I feel like Im not doing one right I have a back up until I figure out what im doing wrong and fix it.. now about the dosage too if I did the longer ester how would my shots look like I would take two total shots a week one test then one tren right then wait 5-7 days before I took another shot
 
holyyy shitttt is all I have to say hahaha makes me feel small as helllll but I also took one of those hand body fat measurements where you hold them out infront of you I know those aren't the best I also tried the caliper too maybe I wasn't doing something right lol

Your inquiring about two entirely different preparations in which both are at variance from each other..First and foremost, we need to see what level of fitness your currently at..
Next, YOU need to decide on what you over all goal is.. If your that confused on which way to go, why not just good old gym innovation, and change up your diet and routine entirely!
Reemphasize your lifts,cardio and diet, increase volume and intensity...

You don't always have to implement a "Bulk" or "Cutting" phase to achieve exceptional results with what may feel like a stagnant routine...

Focus more on your nutrition,rest and recovery,your frequency in the gym,your volume in lifts....With some effort and know how you can achieve some optimal gains...

Bulk or cut? You look terrible bro. Learn diet and excercise then learn about gear. Read some books and study on the net in a few years you could probably ask this question and get a more serious response.
