Bulkk Or Cutt.. HELP!!

I'm tired of delusional out of shape guys talking like they put in work. If you train your ass off bulking or cutting isn't a question you even need to ask lol! No sense in leading people on.
 
If I was you man I would lean bulk and work on your base a little more. Before cutting since if you actually cut down to 10% there wouldn't be much to you.
 
U def need to hit gym hard before u even think of roids. You really don't have any definition of any muscle. Get your diet spot on hit gym for yr before u consider juice. Your just gonna fuck your body up by starting a cycle then hitting weights. Do your research on this stuff get a true understanding what does what. You never stated how old you are. You look to young to even consider a cycle.

Best advise I can give you is to do a search in this forum and a couple of the other bigger forums. Do a search for each one of your questions and you will find way more information than I could give you. It's important to do a lot of reading first. I can tell you that, it doesn't matter what shape your in! What matters is, what level of commitment you have to change it! Steroids are a reflection of that commitment! If you stay fat and lazy, they will make you fatter! If you turn it upside down and go balls to the wall, they will reflect that! Just like the inspirational pic posted earlier! Good luck and keep reading, nobodies going to right you the perfect prescription, you have to decide and then commit!
 
Yup truth may hurt but a log in AG is a good way to get a true feel for your progress or lack there of. We may be ass holes sometimes but we'll tell you the truth about your gains as well. Just remember, don't ask the question if you're not prepared to hear the answer.

your more in the 20's for bodyfat. I got pod bod tested at 12% last week and I have serrations going through my legs, abs, vains in my chest and really lean. To many people throw around crazy low numbers, if i had to put money on it i would say closer to 22%

Stay off gear and go talk to a legit trainer. Not one of those gym yuppies, but an actual contest prep trainer and get a solid diet and training program broken down.

Some of this is tough love bro. The only thing I know about the truth is it hurts. We all are aiming for where HeanyIron is at. He's no joke huh? Weird thing is, he'll still help guys like us starting out. Just pay it back, I figure.

Hey- but I'm patient and enjoying the ride in that general direction. At early stages we should look to the guy in the gym making good gains at a good rate of progress.

Take the money you would have spent on gear and spend it on a good trainer/nutritionist. I spent like $300 bucks over the summer on a comp nutritionist and it was the best money I ever spend. I actually respond a lot better to much lower doses of gear now that my diet is correct. Good luck...

If you aren't growing or seeing progress without steroids, your not going to see any progress with them. In other words, its all diet and training properly. If the protein isn't going down the hatch when your natural you aren't going to build muscle. Likewise.. if the protein isn't going down the hatch when your on steroids, you aren't going to build muscle. Hope this makes sense.
