JUST my 2 cents....and what I have been taught as a certified personal trainer!
More power to you buddy,

At 15 I don't think you should be worrying that much about your diet...just try to eliinate 'junk' food. As for getting a g/f there's a lot more involved in that than having a nice chest or arms.

yeah i know but its a subconcious thing. there always saying how sweet i am but they all go after jocks. my physical condition is what i feel is hlding me back.

Jocks are not necessarily fit and muscular...they're athletic...i.e. skilled in sports...do you play...how are your abilities...with jocks also comes an attitude and confidence...look at yourself objectively to determine if it's your muscles or something else.

BTW...low intensitry cardio does not increase metabolic rate...high intensity cardio or weight bearing activity is used to elevate the metabolism.

I agree with that absolutly. I believe the term is Excess Post-excersise Oxygen Consumtion (EPOC). Low intensity cardio doesn't not pump your metabolism up enough to burn fat over an extended period of time like high intensity cardio does.

I agree with this also. When I was 15 I saw great results by just trying to eliminate junk food as much as possible (not completely though because when you are that age you have a metabolism like a rabbit and can get away with the extra cals. Also adding a bit of fat is okay for bulking up.). I didn't eat super clean like I do now. I still ate ceral and milk, baked potatos, pasta, etc. But just by eliminating candy I was able to add some good size.

15 was like, last week for you wasn't it?

I wish. hahaha.
