Yep, everyone is used to taking a vitamin or an aspirin so they dont feel like a dirty drug user when they pop pills even though it puts more strain on the body.

That or they are chicken shits.

Interesting enough, I was approached with an good question today... this guy has 10mg caps of D-bol, he plans to take 20mg/day for 4 weeks. He's asking me is he should take 2 caps (20mg) at the same time or split it up 10 mg twice daily (morning and evening). I told I had no concrete answer but would ask.

So, opinions?

It has a short half life from what I understand; generally you take 5mg a shot and divide your doses throughout the day.

Yeah, everyone I know did this, 25-40 mg a day in 5mg tabs, throughout the day, with meals or without etc.
