This is a lame question I know...
I just wanted to get peoples general opinion on using caffeine as a boost before a workout. I am not talking an entire pot, just one cup. I know that it is a dehydrator but if I am drinking plenty of water previous to my jolt of joe is it still a bad idea? I have tried drinking green tee before and just plain old water but found coffee to work the best.
Does anyone else feel they need this type of boost before their workouts to get their engines running???
