I want to provide my gym staff person with a description of the measurement points for the
9 point caliper test, but the web site I used no longer covers the 9 point test. I remember
most of the points accurately, but I'm not sure the exact spot for the lower back measurement. (I'm pretty sure its navel high, but I don't recall how many inches off the midline of the back.) Does anyone have a good description of the lower back measurement point? Thanks.

[10] Lower back: a HORIZONTAL fold approximately at the position of the kidney (about 2 inches to the right of the spine, and 1 inch above the umbilicus level).

However...we called Parrillo, the originator of the formula and asked...they said 'vertical" fold....I know you have seen my posts on this....I had a 2 mm difference. :D

I can help if you need it.
