I wouldn't continuously increase calories every week, especially if you are lean bulking. The general rule is to increase cals by 10% when you stop seeing gains, but if you are lean bulking, you may want to increase by less than that.
Add 10% to what you are at now... Wait for 2 weeks... If you see no change, increase by another 10% (of your new calorie total)... Repeat until you get the desired effect.
