I WAS 18%, im probably like 17... I think Im not getting under maintenance level on non-lifting days, so, Id like to get my diet really buckled down. Links?
There are no good online calculators. And nothing is really accurate anyway - everyone is very different because of activity levels, genetics, age, hormones etc etc..
Your best bet is to start with a non-stupid intake and watch yourself closely. If that works, great, if it doesn't, tweak as needed.
yeh i was told i had 18% bf and i could not see fat anywhere! i had abs showing through then the person who took the results said 'oh yeh if you have a lot of muscle then that could contribute to the result' i was pissed!
