Anyone ever use this? I'm trying to adjust to my standards as a bodybuilder. But I'm coming off as a fatty. Can you change what you want?

why don't you use the software and find out if you can change what you want? you already have it. it isn't like you are thinking about purchasing it.

I've read all the documentation and still cant find what I'm looking for.

So install it and poke around to learn the program. Not hard to do, and it won't mess your computer up or anything.
