hello there !!!
i am 100lb with like 0% body fat (LOL) and stubby-medium height
i am not sure how much calories i should be eating per day to gain mass. and which foods do you guys recommend? i know there should be some fish,chicken beef etc, but which is the best
can anyone help me??

100lbs with 0% BF and you need to know how much to eat.

How bout this. Go to the kitchen right now......Open the fridge........Grab the first thing you see...........Eat it.............Now, don't stop there, grab the next thing...............eat everthing and anything and don't stop til you can't eat anymore. :p
 
To help gain mass, you need to take in protein shakes especially immediately after a workout as this is when your body needs the most protein to replace what is lost when your muscle fibres break down during a workout.
The good thing is they can be quite calorific - about 300 caloories per serving. 2-3 servings/day = 600-900 caloris and 80-120g protein from the shakes alone.

Protein shakes are irrelevant. They are a supplement for when you can't eat enough real food. Real food is always better than shakes. :)

go read all the diet and nutrition stickies, and mass gaining and trainging....

how come no body reads them? most newbs questions are answered in those...
