hi i was at the gym today and i was talking to the fittness instructor and we got talkin about calories and he told me that if i only took in about 500-600 calroies per day i would see results faster. now i know a mans daily intake is 2000 plus calories to have a healthy weight altough i want to loose weight only takin in 500-600 calories per day i know i am askin for trouble as that is not enough calories but it makes sense what do u guys think will i end up in hospital if i do that
