Hi guys,

I'm new to all this so be gentle haha. I'm 26 and 5ft 10 and 19 stone fat but I'm big framed and I've just started the gym and I don't know where to start, I want to be for example john cena's size, can someone point me in the right direction please? As I said above I'm 19 stone (266 pound) but I don't look that heavy people say I look 15 stone. I'm big sholdered but i wanna be big so any tips would be great.

Your diet is what will principally bring the weight down. I'd recommend re-reading the link above regarding the portion about tracking your calories.


You can utilize cardio to supplement the deficit created by your diet, yet it shouldn't be your principle fat loss mechanism.
 
Yes you should still do weights to try and prevent muscle loss while your dieting down.
