Do what the guy above me said, and aside from that... google is your friend. Homebrewing is easy once you understand what exactly to do. Just make sure you take it seriously and don't accidentally mix up the BA with the BB, or vice versa. Will make for painfulllllll homebrew. hah.

Agreed there is a great thread stickied in research chem section, also basskiller is a very good website for this.

It's very simple though. Many recipes use standard 2%BA/20%BB recipe. It's as simple as weighing your powder, adding the right amount of BA/BB and oil (most use grapeseed oil I believe). Mix and heat, push it through a syringe filter (or stericup for making higher volumes) and into presterilized vials. Look up a powder calculator, it may even be stickied in research chem section I forget. It will tell you exactly the amounts to use. Short esters generally use a different recipe I believe but it's a good idea to find a recipe for the particular compound you are making, and how much mg/ml it will hold at. These are just the basics though definitely read for a bit to make sure you understand all the details before getting into anything

I would filter through a .22. I've read many places that .45 doesn't take out enough to make it necessarily "sterile"

works best when oil is very warm... and smaller syringe you use, easier it is... I don't know about the little hand pumps you can buy, but a friend broke his pump trying
