If I run a light mile/2 miles run in the mourning, sprints in gym my advanced gym class. Then soccer practice/game. Is that too much cardio? Im on a cut, even though im pretty skinny already. I am on a cut for wrestling.......

If you want to gain muscle then it's too much. If you're just concerned with keeping your endurance up then it's probably fine.

You need to be concerned with your diet too. Cut too many carbs and your performance will suffer.

What's your diet like?

I agree with Fade, if your looking to put muscle on its to much but for wrestling, I think it would be fine if your looking to lean out.
Watch your diet though.

You can have too much cardio depending on what your goal is.

If you're a long distance runner and your goal is to run 25 mile races, then it would be difficult to do too much cardio/running.

If you're trying to gain muscle, then it's very easy to do too much cardio.

if you wanna gain muscle, should you still be doing at least some cardio?

What you are doing is fine, but I would switch the sprints with stairs. I used to be a wrestling coach and would have my wrestlers wear weighted vests and fly up the stairs as fast as possible. If no vest is available, grab a weight or, better yet, the guy in the next weight class up. ;)

So what everyone is saying that if you want to loose size and fat to do more cardio?

Boss, if you want to gain mass and you over do cardio, muscle gains will suffer.

Like Duncan said "sprints". Ever see a sprinter? Most have big legs.

You can have "too much" in the way that you can cause localised overtraining.

thanks everyone, my diet is pretty clean. Im cutting, I realized that right now I need to focus on wrestling until the season is over, bb is put on the side. I will still be lifting like a bb'er, just not bulking like one :( I need endurance more then looks......

If you are smart, you will put yourself in awkward positions while you do lifts. Wrestling is the only sport I know of where, 99% of the time, you have to be in a shitty position and perform a lift. I used to have my wrestlers do their dumbbell chest presses while in a neck bridge and the same with pullovers.
