Can your body start becoming immune to certain foods if you them a lot, Like you know how your muscles stop growing if you don't shock them once in a while and change up your routine. Can your body tell the difference with food, If i eat oats and chicken breasts 4 times a day will they stop being as effective

Nah, I like you. But what do you really mean?

mino, i hated cottage cheese when i first started eating it. After a while, i didnt care much for it and it became a part of my everyday routine. I actually like it now but it does not stop being "effective" like how your muscles adapt to workouts. It's just food.

Thanks Shiznit, I have to try out cottage cheese one of these days. :barf:

I would still suggest eating a variety of foods. Different aminos, and profiles. Eating the same consistently might provide some deficiancies
