I am 230lbs at 16% bf, just finished my bulking cycle, now I need to loose some fat. In the past I've had great results with Dan Duchaine's Bodyopus diet ( 5 days keto, with 2 days of carb refeed). I am willing to give it another go unless someone convinces me that CBL is even better for fat loss.
My goal is to get down to 8% bf, should be quite easy to achieve. Once at 8% bf I am planning to start a bulk again, this time I will be aiming for lean gains.
How do you guys find Carb Back-Loading or Keto diets for lean gains?
