Hey.....
Can you explain me to me what happens (in physiological matter)....
If for example....i ate my cottage cheese at 1 am..... Then I woke up at 6.20 am and because I was hungry and i could not sleep I ate the small pancake I made the day before( oats ,egg whites, casein protein, cinnamon only) (30 carbs,30 protein).and this helped me sleep for another 3 hours until 9 am....
Do those carbs become fat because I was sleeping? isnt my body starving to have some carbs because I didnt have them for 7-8 hours?..
Note: my breakfast at 9 am was a bit reduced in carbs.....like 40-50 grams instead of 70-80.......and this a non-workingout day....
Also I had shoulders workout in the AM and legs workout in the PM at 6 o-clock the previous day.......
