As of now I am focusing mainly on cutting weight and will probably start with the caloric surplus and muscle gains in sveral weeks or whatever time is appropriate..
But the issue wit 'carbs' confuses me in lifting weights and muscle gains. I know that sugars/ simple carbs are bad and should only be taken post workout to refill glycegin holes (or whatever they are called). And complex carbs are good.
Also Im confused on what are good sources of carbs for bulking because i here pasta and rice are great but bread is bad... and im confused on why alot should be taken the day after a workout, i mean i understand if it is a pre workout meal for energy.
