I'm more on a "cutting" mode right now but I just havent been able to find stuff on here if cardio actually affects muscle building.....
Ie . if I stick to my regular workout schedule for the weight lifting and I add more cardio in will I hinder the gains I make on weight lifting? I know I need protein etc.. for the weight lifting but Im just wondering if too much cardio is a bad thing for weight lifting ?
"obv if I find I am getting too small for my liking I will stop and bulk but I want to atleast cut/ripp hard before then"
