Cardio Before or after weights?

Just wondering if I should work my legs or any part of my body before I do cardio or after?? I'm trying to lose weight so I know I want to do at least 30 min of cardio a day.
 
don't it.....never. :shrug:






lol, okay, afterwards is better than before.
 
I'd do it A.M. and work out P.M. or vice versa.

don't do your cardio on leg day.
 
I agree. I expect you aren't lifting every day, right? Do you cardio on the off days. If you must do them together, do it after lifting for sure. If you must do cardio on leg day, try a bike instead of treadmill. Variety is good anyway.
