If I train cardio really hard for about 10 1/2 mins every other day will this seriously affect my gains?? I have to run a mile and a half for a physical evaluation every 6 months, I do it pretty quickly (now I'm at 10 1/2 mins) I'm trying to get the time down to 8 1/2 or 8. I'm trying to bulk and stay pretty cut, so I'm doing it clean.
