Right now I'm doing m/w/f weight training, tu/th/sa cardio, and sunday off. On my cardio days, I usually run. Would erging (rowing machine) also work for a cardio excercise or is it too intense?

Ive switching to biking around the neighborhood. I can keep my heart rate up and it doesnt completley drain me like running does. Now if i can just get my nuts to stop going to sleep we'll be fine
LOL that's why I don't bike, to much up hill, which is even worse than flat. Thanks for the opinions, I'll alternate rowing and running for my cardio exercise, depending on what muscles I used the day before.
Yeah, running and the rowing machine are 2 great options. I like to utilize both as well for my cardio training. Both you can create ideal intensities for your cardio training goals.
