Hey, I was thinking about adding some cardio to my routine, right now i only play raquetball with a buddy for about 45 minutes. What would be the best way to decrease my BF. I don't have a strict diet, I just eat lots of meat and stay low on the carbs. I have also been taking vitalert vitamins and xenadrine ephedra free for about 3 months now and have lost like 25 pounds. currently sitting at 215 and 6foot even.
