Why do hardcore lifters avoid cardio?
My personal trainer (a kiniesiologist, whom I don't use anymore) swears by it, and made sure it was part of my routine (30 min warmup/20 min cooldown-it was a killer!!
) when I worked out.
Does it inhibit anything?
