im on a cut now, im 6 feet, 215 lbs. i eat well every day except for saturday ,where i may eat cakes, hot dogs and other garbage. is that ok to do?

No.

Don't cheat a whole day, cheat maybe 1 or 2 meals a week spread out.

It depends. What's the calorie deficit like the rest of the week, and how much training and cardio do you do?
 
i eat 2100 cals per day,50% protein, 25% carbs and fat. i do cardio 2-3 times per week.
 
Do more cardio in my opinion.
Also, don't cheat all the time. I have a cheat meal maybe once a week. Don't do it everyday.

its fine, i workout sun-thurs and rest fri and sat.
on Fri and Sat i eat things i never eat on weekdays and never ever would, but im still looking leaner every week (im cutting). I think the body enjoys the unusal food and rest for those 2 days.

negative, your body will grow used to the foods and metabolism will start to slow. You need to shock yourself by doing some sort of refeed of shitty foods. The best of them being a high carb lower fat items, such as pancakes, pies, fruits in syrup. Things like that. Can't remember off the top of my head why the fats are in a refeed like this are bad but i'll find it.
 
so if i got it right, once a week ,eat more carbs. does it have to be low gi? and how many more calories?

it says to do refeed every 4-5 days.I do every 7 days,once per week ,eating more than just carbs and i've been losing fat.should i keep it the same or just go to 5 days with carb load only ?
