What do you guys think about a program like this one?I was thinking of scraping my weight training routine and replacing it with this one,im 5'9" & 190lbs and i just started cutting not too long ago.
Do you guys think a military workout routine like this one will get me the same results if not better ones as a weight triaining & cardio routine would?
Or do you think a mix between the two routines would work best?
My goals are to get down to around 150lbs,i dont want end up being "skinny fat" or lose a lot of muscle so please let me know what your thoughts are on this program,thanks.
