shoulders after chest; how many sets?
I am currently working my shoulders after my chest in this split below.

off
legs
bis/tris

For chest I am currently doing:
3 sets of flat db press
3 sets of incline db press
3 sets of flyes or dips
How many sets do you recommend I do for shoulders with this split? By the time I get to doing military presses, my shoulders seem pretty shot. Should I just do like 3 sets of military presses and 3 sets of lateral raises?
