chest after shoulders; how many sets?

shoulders after chest; how many sets?

I am currently working my shoulders after my chest in this split below.

chest/delts
back
off
legs
bis/tris
off
off

For chest I am currently doing:
3 sets of flat db press
3 sets of incline db press
3 sets of flyes or dips

How many sets do you recommend I do for shoulders with this split? By the time I get to doing military presses, my shoulders seem pretty shot. Should I just do like 3 sets of military presses and 3 sets of lateral raises?

That would be plenty
 
id hit all three parts of the shoulder but. i always do 2x6 per excersise in a very slow and controlled form. shoulders tend to get overworked out of any bodypart

Then after a chest workout wouldn't 2 exercises be enough?
 
Unless your chest is by far your best bodypart I would never, ever train triceps or delts before your chest. You dont need very much shoulder work, and after chest is perfect timing.

You also have no direct rear delt work in there.

I don't work my rear delts but I am also very lean and dont' really have any rear delts. :p

My bad everyone. I inversed the title, but wrote it correctly in the post. I'm currently working my shoulders -after- I work my chest, not the other way around.
 
How many sets do you think I should add in for rear delts? And say I am doing bent dumbell raises for them, should I do that before or after the lateral raises?
