I see alot of people do opposites like chest/bis amd do back/tris the next day.woudnt that ne overtraining as they gettin hit direct and inderect , what are yalls opinions, ive been doin chest/tris for a while so.i was thinkin of doing chest/bis but wanted some opinions as I dont wanna overtrain them.

I dont see why you couldnt do it either way. I personally do chest/tris and back/bis. tris get fatigued by chest, bi's get fatigued by back, then you just kill whats left.

all about finding what works best for you.

I don't like doing chest and triceps together because one tires the other out during the workout. E.g. if I'm doing bench and my tris are already burned out, I'm not going to be able to push, and thus the chest isn't going to be able to hit it's full potential because another muscle is holding back the lift.

thats why you gotta train the larger muscle first
doing chest isnt going to hurt your tricep workout

Neither.

Vertical Push/Pull
Horizontal Push/Pull

I definitely like chest/tris and back/bis but it's different for everybody. No surprise there...
