need some advice...
recently I have started getting cramps in between my pecs. Its not necessarily after a chest workout but I have started to step up the weight I lift. the cramps last about 5 minutes and at its worst, have a cold sweat and struggle to catch my breath. its in the centre so can't be my heart.
has this ever happened to anyone else and if you did, what did you do?
