KEY - make sure you don't try and lift too much weight and compensate for it by rounding the shoulders and pressing with your front deltoids. Be sure to be in "scapular set" when doing any presses for the chest
Scapular set - shrug shoulders up (like shrugging), then pull the shoulders blades together like when your rowing, and finally depress the shoulders as far downward as possible...then press....this will take the front delt out of the picture to be sure you develop your cheast and not your shoulders.
This is a very common problem among beginners especially when trying to increase poundages!
