chest injury

what are some good exercises i can do that wont hurt my chest , iv tweeked it slightly and dont want to make the tear worse so for the next 2 weeks need to change my workout to still be able to get in the gym a few times
 
easy avoid doing chest. It sucks but it is your only option. At this point you need to go into rehab and start only stretching it with no weight and after it feels better go into a deep tissue massage to break down any scare tissue that has developed. I have injured my chest allot which is why I do not max out any more. I get major strains in the outer chest where it connects to the bicep and shoulder.
 
I have strained mine also where the chest ties in with the shoulder, try light weight and slow controlled reps, slowly increase poundage but don't go crazy for a while

^THIS. You need time for the chest to heal bro. Being out of the gym sucks, I know this but even if you are doing flys with 10pd dumbbells and go to deep then bam...you are screwed. This is just a small example of the many things that could go wrong. Take the time and let it heal. You will be better off that way.
