hey guys, i wasnt sure if this should go in the diet or workout section, so i chose this one...its a bit of a sensitive subject..maybe...but im having problems with chest fat. I see when i do intense cardio, workout, or even take a shower, my chest flattens. But when im just normally walking around, watching television, or sitting down writing on the computer likenow, its not flat. Its like i have manboobs or something, lol. I know that sounds funny, but i want to get rid of it once and for all ya know. It doesnt look good walkin around with two round things sticking out of ur shirt. LOL. I was told that boiling water, then waiting for it to get to a comfortable temperature, and dipping paper towels or a towel in it, then placing it on your chest can flatten them...if u do it for 2 weeks about 10 minutes a day, which ive been doing for like 6 days so far. Im also doing lots of cardio to lose fat, and working my chest in hopes to flatten it. But i know its NOT a round ball of fat there, cause like i said, it flattens when im in the shower or if scratch it, or work my chest, or do intense cardio....any of u know what else i can do to flatten it?? i also thought about using cutting gel to put on it.....????
