So I have been doing Chest/Tri's and Back/Bi's but decided to switch it up this week. I guess It's always good to change routine. I saw a big debate on bodybuilding.com and alot of guys with high reps said to not do triceps after chest or biceps after back. What are your thoughts? Should I give them there own day or stick to this routine.

Tuesday Back/Tri's
Wednesday Legs
Thursday Shoulders
SaturdayChest/biceps

it depends how intense and how frequent you work out...if you do each muscle group only once a week then chest/bi back/tri will work fine...if you are doing a 5 or 6 days routine then i prefer the other way around.
the idea is to give a muscle enough time to rest....
your routine is fine but i prefer not to do shoulders 2 days before chest
and notice that you are pressing 3 days a week with tri..then shoulders then chest.
what i would do is the following:
tuesday back- rear deltoids and tri
wednesday: legs/abs
Friday Chest and shoulders (without rear deltoids)
Saturday : biceps/abs

Should I do traps with the Bicep/ab day?
My chest shoulder day will already be intense I like to hit those 2 muscle groups real hard

yes you can do traps with the biceps day or with the back day you can do rear deltoids and traps

I dont think it realy matters which body parts you pair up so long as you Do train all your body and get adequate rest. I personaly just do a bit on my Bis after back and tris after Chest becouse it fits around my routine better but nothings set in stone

Pairing chest/tris and back/bis is merely an exercise in efficiency. To fully hit your triceps on a chest day, all you need is a high rep extension movement. The medial head and the lateral heads are both hit sufficiently during your pressing movements, especially if you include movements like dips or close grip bench. The extensions are to finish of the long head. If you hit tris on back day, you're stuck doing 2-3 exercises to get a good tricep workout.

In my eyes it is an easy choice. Biceps are really not an important muscle for anything other than bodybuilding, so I would just go with what is best for the tricep, and let the bicep fall in line.
