I am getting frustrated with the lack of development in my upper chest. Can someone please give me some tips or excercises to improve size and definition? Thanks

For upper chest do incline wide grip bench press and incline dumbell flys:thumb:

For upper chest development try this routine...

week 1-
incline barbell press...3 sets x 6-8 reps
incline flye...3 sets x 8-10 reps
dumbell pullover...2 sets x 10-12 reps

week 2-
smith bench press to neck...3 sets x 10-12
incline dumbell press...3 sets x 8-10 reps
cable incline flye...3 x 6-8 reps

week 3-
superset...incline flye/smith incline press...2 sets x 8-10
superset...incline flye/bench press to neck...2 sets x 8-10 reps
cable crossovers(high up on chest)...2 sets x 10-15 reps

Try this and watch your upper chest grow!

im gonna try that and let you know

"Upper Chest"

hmm yea do what the guys tell you and don't quit.. you will feel it but what worked for me the best is sticking to a routain and dumbbell press! they are great:).. and always go for that extra rep don't quit on that last important rep..

it just takes time
for me i've noticed my upper and mid area have taken the longest to develop.. i think its the same for most people.. buts its all catching up and filling in nicely now.
just keep at it

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
hmm lower chest for me i think the most... i got too much fatty deposits there.. i don't know how to get rid of em

I'm a fan of the DB exercises... Much easier on my shoulders!

I like flat, inlcine, and decline
