Do you guys grill chicken every day?
I at every day chicken, therefore I have to grill almost every day and I am getting tired!

Any other alternative?

a tablespoon olive oil(light) heat it up until it start to pop...take the chicken and lace it with lemon juice and put rosemary in the pan put chicken in and cook both sides the same way..very tasty and a alot different from the grill...hope you like:thumb:

mix up your intake of food, you'll get sick of it if you dont.

There's million things you can do to chicken (broil, grill, bake, etc), the trick is not to batter it up and fry it ;) There are plenty of herbs you can use to change the flavor up a bit (and herbs aren't going to add much if anything to the calories).

You can eat steak if you want. Just don't eat as much, have say a 4oz steak and some veggies. Eat anything you want, in most foods it's the preparation method that really loads up the calories and stuff.

Every once in a while go for BUST and just eat something you like - even if it's not all that good for you. I'll go with the crab legs, and bring lots O butter and beer. :D

BTW, I ate chicken every day I was in Saudi during the gulf war (cept for the days when I had to eat a MRE). Got back to the US after being there 9 mos. Didn't eat chicken again until about '94.
Eating beef, pork and fish for the next couple of years didn't kill me. :)

Hmm, I think I had a point when this started.

I agree that you should mix up what you eat and maybe not eat grilled chicken everyday. but if you do an alternative would be to cook it all in the begining of the week and then reheat it as needed.

I usually cook up about 2 pounds of chicken breasts at a time. Usually, I'll season it up a bit with poultry seasoning, garlic, a little soy, whatever strikes my fancy. That night, we'll have the breasts with some veggies & such.

The following night, I might slice a couple of boobies (the chicken's, not Mrs. Vai Fan) into thin strips, cook 'em up in a little olive oil, and prepare some stir fry veggies, maybe with a little sweet & sour sauce.

Then on another night, I'll cut them thangs into wider strips, throw them on the grill for a skosh along with some quartered peppers of varioius color, some jalepenos, onions and some mushrooms. Good stuff.

I actually get tandoori masala from an indian store and follow those directions.

If you've never had tandoori chicken before, you have no idea what your missing.

It is amazing!

I pop it in the oven for cooking purposes.

I don't have a George Foreman grill!

:D

Chicken is good stuff but enough is enough.Try a mix of beef, chicken, shrimp or scallops, pork cut up and stir fried with a little olive oil, garlic, fresh mushrooms, onions or any other vegetable combo you like. This would be a welcome change from everyday bodybuilding fare.Rice would be a good side dish for this ,maybe a salad.
