Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein powder
? cup of Natural Peanut Butter
1 large Ripe Banana
? cup Chopped Walnuts
? cup Quick Cook Oats
? cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
2 egg whites
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350?F
2. In a large bowl mash banana until smooth.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
4. Lay a sheet of parchment paper on an oven tray and spoon bite size portions of cookie mix on tray.
5. Bake for 15 minutes.
