I'm very new to the whole anabolic thing, but I have done some research, and I do consider myself to be atleast semi-intelligent. Please bear with me.
I want to be bigger, not necessarily much stronger, but just look bigger. Not like the rock, but I wouldn't mind reaching 85-90 kilos.(currently am 74 kilos)
I am 25 years old and quite "normal" physical.
I am considering oral roids, but I am confused as hell because:
Steroids all come with side effects, no question, but do I have to take all kinds of supplements to counter the side effects? I'm thinking mainly of shrinking nuts, water retention, hair loss etc.
And for my need, which is some bulking without wanting to trim everything to be perfect (never plan on competing) how high a dosage would I need? And can I keep the gains, without having to pump myself full of testosterone, which will fuck up my levels and leave me impotent?
I find it extremely difficult to find the right products and dosage.
I believe I have a decent diet plan and training exercises, I just want some mass, and I don't seem to be getting it.
