Hey everyone!

I'm very new to the whole anabolic thing, but I have done some research, and I do consider myself to be atleast semi-intelligent. Please bear with me.

I want to be bigger, not necessarily much stronger, but just look bigger. Not like the rock, but I wouldn't mind reaching 85-90 kilos.(currently am 74 kilos)

I am 25 years old and quite "normal" physical.

I am considering oral roids, but I am confused as hell because:

Steroids all come with side effects, no question, but do I have to take all kinds of supplements to counter the side effects? I'm thinking mainly of shrinking nuts, water retention, hair loss etc.
And for my need, which is some bulking without wanting to trim everything to be perfect (never plan on competing) how high a dosage would I need? And can I keep the gains, without having to pump myself full of testosterone, which will fuck up my levels and leave me impotent?

I find it extremely difficult to find the right products and dosage.
I believe I have a decent diet plan and training exercises, I just want some mass, and I don't seem to be getting it.
 
It's not difficult at all to find the right products and dosages, but you have to commit some time to researching. Nobody here is going to answer all your questions, because they scream "I'm not ready for AAS"

Start reading the Stickys and learn how to eat and train to accomplish your goals without AAS. AAS help, but they're not the solution and if you don't know how to eat and train you'll be wasting your time
 
Bro,

You need to max out your genetic potential before ever considering the enhancement route. Learn how to eat and train first. There is a wealth of knowledge via the stickies and I recommend you read and read and read. Learn all you can. You will ultimately do more harm than good without educating yourself. My two cents.
 
Yea bro like the brothers are saying do some research, no matter how much shit you inject or take orally, if your diet and training is not there the results will not be what u would be expecting. People tend to rely on the drugs to much lately

Even though I was very eager to start this thing, I have decided to follow your advice and actually wait atleast 3 years as a minimum. That way I can build up my body more, and while doing so I will keep reading and gathering information about roids etc.

Totally agree to stay natural for 3 more years. Also, before you get into AAS or even PH, you may want to look into a SARM such as Ostarine. I have been doing AAS for several years now, but decided to take a break for a year recently. I did some research on SARMs and went with Ostarine. Was on it for 6 wks and I was very impressed...felt like I was on dbols. According to my research, SARMs are a LOT less haz to one's health. So recommend you do some research and see if this is a viable alternative. BTW, in the US, Ostarine is legal (for now). Good Luck

I had the same problem till I turned 26, then I actually started puting on some weight. but I also was overtraining. at least your starting to research cause I just jumped on the gear and would lose my gains as quick as I put them on. depending on what cycle you plan on doing make sure you have everything you need on hand before starting, thats the biggest mistake people make, not having AI or PCT when they start.
