well tonight was my night off so no news, just ate a 3/4 lb burger baked potato cottage cheese and mix of veggis, ill be more active in posting diet and stuff as soon as we start contest. im about to lose it with all this gear just sitting there ha ha next week its on...........

1cup oats
whole grain toast
coffee.

hour later shake 50gm protein.

Its arm night and im fighting my self to do something else but i think ill just do triceps and lower arms high reps low weight which i never do, i all ways lift really heavy low reps on everything. oh and ill throw some abs in there too.
 
maybe do some maintenance. forearms, calves, abs, and some cardio.

heavy i would but i got legs tomorrow so i think ill do tri's forarms abs. My tri's are flat i want that horse shoe to pop out, my bi's are whats so big (i think)lol...

Arm's training

1. Alternate Incline Dumbbell Curl,3x 20 reps
lbs=40's/55's/45's

2. Machine Preacher Curls, 4x 10-12 reps
lbs=(not accurate) pin and plate type, 140/180/210/255:geewhiz:

3. Cross Body Hammer Curl, 4x 10 each arm
lbs=50's/50's/65's/70's

4. Triceps cable Pushdown, 4x 12-15reps
lbs=80/80/100/110

5. Smith Machine Close-Grip Bench, 4x 10 reps
lbs=145/235/235/145(55lb bar)

6. weighted dips, 3x 10-12 reps
lbs=one 45 pound plate

7. Triceps Pushdown - Rope Attachment,4x 12-15 reps
lbs=80/90/100/90

8. Cable Wrist Curl 5x 20-25 reps
lbs= 50/60/60/50/50

9. reverse grip standing BB curls 4x 10reps
lbs=70/80/90/90

i said fuck it, i love having big arms, i just need to bring chest and delts up to match them, ill take it easy on bi's but ill work twice as hard on other parts chest/legs/delts,ect... to get good proportions. my arms are my sweet spot i want to maintain their size while i lose bf.

today im going to murder my legs, wifes coming along for the ride also lol.
I will post the work out when i get back.

ahhh ok, makes sense. I was going to say theres no way in hell youre only doing 100lb pushdowns with a 235lb close grip for reps.

our cable machine i think is heaver then it says may be it needs to be oiled up iv used other machines with same weight and felt way lighter :hmmm:
 
I guarantee you have the same ones as me. its in kilograms. our stack only goes up to something like 92.5 or 95, which is actually 200lbs.

I think our stuff is called lifetime or lifefit. something like that.

What does your pulldown stack go to? ours is only 130, buts it kg, so its actually 260-270
