3:00- Meal 4- 40g Protein, 5 fish oil Tabs, 1 cup Green Beans
6:30- Meal 5- 5oz Steak, 1 cup Broccoli, No fish oil Tabs
10:30- Meal 6- 30g Protein, 5 fish oils
