my goal is to lose fat as much and as quick as possible.for circuit training should i do a full body workout 3x/week or should i keep on doing my push/pull/legs routine but circuit training style?and if i do a full body workout can i do same exercises or should i change it up?yes my diet is in check.also should i have a pwo meal right away or should i wait 30-60mins since fat loss is my main goal?please guys help me out.
