I was wondering if doing a clean bulk is more beneficial that being on a cutting diet for me. Here are my stats
Calorie maintenance is around 2900
Height:5'8
Weight:175
Age:18
I have a visible 4 pack but want to get a six pack.
Also just ordered jack3d(for 3rd time love this stuff), optimum Creatine, and HEAT stack.
For the last few weeks I have been carb cycling which I like but limit myself to about 2200-2400 calories a day but I was wondering if I bump it up to like 200 above maintenance but throw in cardio everyday(I love a 3-4 mile jog) wouldn't that be better?
Also would this count as a clean bulk? Not exactly sure what that means. Is like you are on a cutting diet where you watch what foods you are eating and how much but you have a calorie surplus?
I'd like to know what you think and what you would recomed. Thanks
