I recently tried clen for 2 weeks and I liked it! I like stims! So I also picked up ephedra & caffeine and was thinking of using all 3 (not together at the same time!!) in a round about way as a pre workout and also to give me a nice bump for when Im at work.
What can anybody say about using Clen 80-100mcg by itself (with one or 2 cups of coffee in the morn) every 4 days ? This would be to help me at work. Then use ephedra 25-50mg and caffeine 200mg before I workout (but not on the same day I take clen)? So I would basically be taking a stim 4 days out of the week and the other 3 days off I would take none but have coffee in the morn. I would only take the clen e4d so there would be no down regulation of receptor sites.
This is not really to lose fat. Im below 15 % but just barely. I dont want to put on more! But Im looking at using these items as preworkout and just to have more energy when Im working cause I work long hours and its physical.
