When I train my triceps, while bending my arms, I have some kind of a click in both elbows. When it happens, I also feel the muscle there,

changing its place a bit.
I asked several people, nobody has this problem, perhaps I have some physiological problem.
In any case, this click disturbs my training. Is there anything I can do, perhaps I should wear something on my elbows?

Bah, doesn't anyone have to say something about it? Its kind of difficult, or even impossible for me to do triceps training, and thats very disappointing. Isn't there some elastic people wear or anything?

is it causeing discomfort or pain during tricep training or does it just click if it just clicks then personly i wouldnt worry about it to much i know loads of people that different parts of their body just click. perhaps once you have bulked up your arms alot the increased muscle around your elbows will stop it clicking and hold it in place more. i used to get clicking in my wrist occasionly but seems to have stoped now. if it is painfull or to wierd and is concerning you alot then consult a docter

Well, it clicks, and therefore causes discomfort. I wouldn't call it pain tho. I'm just a bit afraid that the muscle around the elbow which switches positions in the middle of the tricep training, will somehow damage.

But, oh well, maybe it will stop.

Mine do it to ..but it's more of a snap/click and causing me some pain ..but I push through and complete the exercise , espically happens on Tricep Extensions  .. I'm thinking either bones , or joints?..

well dont just think oh well it happens no point ingoring it incase its something more serious or something that with out proper care could affect your training.

go see a docter

its happens to me too lifting and when not lifting, I also got clicks in my knees and shoulders sometimes its hurts some times it doesn't. It comes and goes. Join the club!
