Coffee....hhhhhhhhhhmmmm

Hey Fellas ...just wondering if black coffee is a good fat loss promoter. Also does anyone drink coffee b4 workouts to gain more energy?
 
not sure if it's good for fat loss, but the caffiene does make you sweat and give you some energy.

I've been drinking a double shot of espresso w/ 2 splendas for the past 8mo. Now it's more psychological than anything, but it does give me energy, sometimes i've even a little shaky.
 
I drink 5-6 coffees per day, stacked with vasopro at times.

Not black, I put some skim milk in it. So I get like 10g milk protein a day from coffee. :)
 
I had some chocolate covered coffee beans that made my eyes buzz.
