Alright, well I'm starting my freshman year of college and I have found it hard living here at the dorm to eat healthy so I'm trying to create a good diet/routine that I can follow while I'm here. I'm going to start bulking soon. I came into my freshman year at 145lbs and now 2/3 the way done, I'm at 160--bad eating and drinking lol-- and I'm trying to get a diet/routine in to reach 170-175ish. I concentrated more on my diet lately, keeping calorie intake > than 3000, and protein 1g/lb But I'd like to get a pretty good diet/routine setup for myself and whoever else in the same situation as me.

If you take a peek at the stickies and post a typical daily diet with the macro breakdowns someone will offer there opinions. But don't expect someone to provide you with a cut and paste diet.

1988, I was 20 and I was hungry as hell. It was 3:22PM and I got my girl to go with me to 7-11 to get a huge burito and a soda. Well when we came back to the dorm the RA's busted us at my window.......but they didn't get us comming through it. It was against the rules to have women in the dorm past 10PM and she slept over every night.......they came close but didn't catch us in the act......True Story.

So son the lesson is if you are going to eat like shit at night you better have a way to burn it off.

I have some hot nude pics of her at 5'1'' and 108...with a D cup but Rob will not let me post them...

Yeah I'm in your situation dorm wise...almost through with this shit.

I have some good advice, don't eat bad and don't drink as much as you do.

I rarely drink, out of the whole time I've been here, I've probably drank about at most 8-10 times. I don't really get intoxicated much as I know it's not very good for my health.

I say its college... enjoy your time there for the next 4 years..

the food at school is going to suck, get used to it until you can move off campus and make your own food..

go out and have fun, just dont eat shitty food when your wasted and work extra hard during the week...

your only in college once... I know a lot of people will disagree with this advice tho.

food at school is real tough.... im a sophomore and it really isnt as easy at it seems at first

currently im taking 3 shakes a day, giving me approx 150g of protein and i always go for chicken or something of the like when im at the dining commons

i just recently got a fridge for the FIRST time since ive been at college (window-fridged for the winter), but the few things I have in there is cottage cheese... thats about the only meal i have in my room for nighttime consumption

if you are trying to gain weight, just go crazy at the dining commons and have you shakes packed with peanut butter (1-2 servings each shake, except for PWO of course)

you could even try tuna if you dare so. i havnt tried doing so, partially because of the smell. the people around me most likely would find a way into my room and destroy my stash hahaha

The dining commons at my school is actually pretty good. Most of the time there is skinless boneless chicken breasts, brown rice, wheat pasta, low fat cottage cheese, salad bar (raw broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, baby spiniach, lettuce, tomatos, etc), fresh fruit (bananas, apples, pears, pineapple, watermelon, oranges), rolled oats, dry tuna, whole wheat bread/bagels/crackers, and many other things. I think the hardest part about college is watching everyone else each garbage. And beer of course.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
One thing is I get sick of are hard boiled egg whites.

If thats the case you have it better than 90% of college students, take advantage of it. If I were you, I'd eat in the cafeteria and before I left, grab another meal to go and put it in your fridge for later or the next day. dieting in college is easy if you plan correctly.

That's exactly how i do it

I agree. Don't drink, smoke!!! lol a lot less fattening. Also, my dining hall was all you can eat so I pigged out. But yeah, take advantage you will never get this chance again. Trust me you will hate yourself for wasting it.
